Bernadette Bawol was born in France in 1945, she has made drawings and pictures all her life, but it was only in the 1980's when her children were grown up that she was really able to concentrate on the artistic side of her life. She works only in oil and has developed a very personal style made of precision, warmth, realism and personal atmosphere. She has been living for several years in Holland and the contact with native Artists and Masters gave her a Dutch influence particularly strong in her game and still life scenes. She now lives in England where she has grasped the wildlife and country side atmospheric beauty. Her work has been regularly successful in France, Holland, Italy, UK and since 2001 in the USA through a very high quality art gallery in Dallas, Texas. Some of her pictures has been shown with success this year at the Century Galleries and at Phoenix Art Gallery in England, and we guess we will see many exhibitions throughout this Country soon.
